OXFORD-SOUTHBURY — The Southbury/Oxford Chabad group has returned from their Israel Mission. 170 men and women from 26 communities across the United States and Canada concluded a weeklong solidarity mission on Monday to stand with the people of Israel in a time of hurt, to give back and to reconnect with the beating heart of their Jewish heritage.

Planned initially as JLI’s annual Land & Spirit Israel Experience, the trip instead became the largest solidarity mission since the October 7 attacks. JLI is the adult education arm of Chabad-Lubavitch.
